available along the Blue Creek Trail. Whitewater paddling is pleasant on East River. There's so much to do here at Willow Lake that you need to camp here for a while, East Maroon Portal Campground is a great place for that. This
lake is so wonderful. Looking for something in the neighborhood of Willow Lake? Crater Lake is in the neighborhood; you can go for a hike on the Trail Riders Trail. Willow Lake is pretty waterless typically; August is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month is February.
