Cimarrona Campground is a brilliant local campground, and do go to Trout Lake Dam if you're here. The San Juan and Jemez Mountains scenery is always beautiful. So many cool things in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains, just mind-boggling. There's tremendous hiking along the Long Ridge Stock Driveway. This lake is so wonderful.
