    If you are in Pitkin county it's always a good idea to stop by Wildcat Reservoir. Camping at Wildcat Reservoir is delightful fun, Maroon Creek Campground 1 is a delightful local campground, and if you need a spot to stay Stonebridge Inn is a delightful choice. Near Wildcat Reservoir you discover the Blue Creek Trail which is a wonderful hiking trail, and you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Aspen Highlands if you're here. This lake is so wonderful.
 
   Through the warmest time of the year highs here at Wildcat Reservoir reach the 80's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 50's. For the duration of the winter the highs are regularly in the 30's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Wildcat Reservoir. Going for a hike on the Trail Riders Trail is always a wonderful adventure, and you can run the rapids of Roaring Fork. There are magnificent sites to discover along the Antone Trail, and Wildcat  
               Reservoir is a delightful place to camp, Maroon Creek Campground 2 is a delightful place.
This lake is so wonderful. Skiing at Aspen Mountain is one of those things you just should do, and Snowmass Inn is a perfect place to get some rest. Wildcat Reservoir is pretty arid generally; most of the rain falls through April while June is commonly the driest month. That right there is a heap already, but it keeps on going; Wildcat Reservoir has it all. West Fork Brush Creek is a fine spot to pop by; great water scenery is available at Wildcat Dam near Wildcat Reservoir.
