    Why not stop by Wildcat Reservoir if you're passing through these parts. For the duration of the months of summer highs here at Wildcat Reservoir get into the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. During the winter highs are generally in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Wildcat Reservoir are in the 0's. What would winter be without some skiing at Aspen Highlands, and do take a hike on the Trail Riders Trail. You'll never forgive yourself  
   if you don’t go skiing at Aspen Mountain while you're here, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Roaring Fork.
Hiking along the Antone Trail is pleasant fun, also Wildcat Dam is worth visiting while you're here. This lake is so wonderful. Why not stop at close by West Fork Brush Creek while you're here at Wildcat Reservoir, and Wildcat Reservoir is right by the Blue Creek Trail. It is very waterless here at Wildcat Reservoir typically; of all the months
 
               in a year April is the one with the most rain; the driest month of the year is June.
This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Wildcat Reservoir has to offer, you can camp at Maroon Creek Campground 2, and if you need a place to stay Woodbridge by ResortQuest is a brilliant choice. Having a brilliant time at Wildcat Reservoir is painless. Stay the night at Maroon Creek Campground 1; a great close by hotel is Snowmass Villas by ResortQuest.
