If you don't mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Roaring Fork, and a lake close by is Marolt Reservoir. Wildcat Dam is a place that is right next door to Wildcat Reservoir; don't forget to take a fine little spree to West Fork Brush Creek. You definitely ought to love Wildcat Reservoir. Aspen Highlands is a perfect local ski area, and       close by you hit upon the Trail Riders Trail which is a brilliant hiking trail. After a long day outdoors Snowmass Villas by ResortQuest is a splendid location to spend a night or two, and everybody close by loves skiing at Aspen Mountain. This lake is so wonderful.
