If you came for an overnight stay Hill Creek Campground and Trailhead is a pleasant spot to camp, and if the weather is wonderful, you can go for a hike along the Bailey Lake Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Soar down the rapids of White River - South Fork in a kayak, and hiking along the Fayville Trail is wonderful fun. Here at Wilbur Lake you can catch a sight of Fowler Peak; going for a hike along the Oyster Lake Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty

If you need a place to stay Quality Inn & Suites On The River is a magnificent choice; if you come at the right time of year, White River - North Fork offers some great whitewater. a location that is reasonably waterless regularly; through the month of October you get the most rain around here, and January on the other hand is the driest. So much amusing stuff to do here at Wilbur Lake, too great to be true.
Meadow Creek Campground is a perfect campground nearby, naturally you could also go to Clam Lake if you're here; it's not far at all. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Rodeway Inn; Wilbur Lake is not the only location close by, Peltier Lake is a close by lake.

Trappers Lake Campground
 | 19 miles away I've been going to Yampa since I was around 5 years of age. I'm not usually too keen on seeing new hotels being established in sleepy mountain towns, but The Oak Tree Inn is an exception. It's a welcome addition to this amazing little town and a great retreat when the snows come.... |
