Whittington Reservoir gets very little rain; most of the rain falls through July, and February is the month with the least moisture. Summertime at Whittington Reservoir comes with high temperatures in the 80's, and throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's, and nighttime lows at Whittington Reservoir during the winter       usually sink into the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. Ft. Morgan Super 8 Motel is a great place to get some rest, and Whittington Reservoir is nice enough to spend more than a day at, Jackson Lake is a nice local campground. Lakes? Sure, Lamborn Reservoir Number 1 is nearby; Allan Canyon is a great site to take a look at. After a long day outdoors Fort Morgan-Days Inn is a perfect spot to spend a night or two; during your visit here you'll meet some folks from                  Fort Morgan for sure. There are other spots here than Whittington Reservoir, for example Lamborn Reservoir Number 2. There's so much to do here at Whittington Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Wayward wind Mobile Home Park is a delightful site for that. This place, Whittington Reservoir, it simply has so much outdoors exciting stuff. Very good water scenery is available at Whittington Dam in the neighborhood of Whittington Reservoir, and on a pretty day you get a glorious panorama of High Hill from Whittington Reservoir.   Ft.
