A golf course near Whites Lake is Aspen Golf Course; going for a       hike along the Sawyer Lake Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity. You're probably into lakes, Marolt Reservoir is one of those close by; if you came for an overnight stay Maroon Creek Campground 1 is a wonderful location to camp. Through the summer months, highs commonly are in the 80's at Whites Lake with overnight lows in the 50's.
