During the summertime months highs here at Whites Lake reach the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. lake is so wonderful. A day on the slopes of Aspen Mountain is just what you need; hiking is a popular thing to do around Whites Lake; Blue Creek Trail is a magnificent local trail.
Inn At Aspen is a good site to get some rest,
and the Sawyer Lake Trail offers hiking at its best. At Whites Lake you don’t see much rain; of all the months in a year April is the one with the most rain, and June is the month with the least moisture. You'll need more than a day
to look at everything Whites Lake has to offer, you can camp at Maroon Creek Campground 1, and in the event that you don't mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Roaring Fork.
