What a nice lake Whiteford Reservoir is. This lake is so wonderful. Georgetown Mountain Inn is a perfect location to get some rest. Whiteford Reservoir is a beautiful lake in the Front Range. This site is so good, just check out all the entertaining things to do close to Whiteford Reservoir. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend South Platte River - North Fork, and since you're here, you could go to Payne Creek.

There's so much to do here at Whiteford Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Meridian Campground is a wonderful location for that. Whiteford Lake Dam is an out of the ordinary thing to check out; hiking is a popular thing to do around Whiteford Reservoir; Payne Creek Trail is a great local trail. So much entertaining stuff in the Front Range, just amazing. Get your heart pumping on the good whitewater of
Clear Creek. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Whiteford Reservoir has to offer, you can camp at Deer Creek Campground. And that's not all the things you can do here in the Front Range. At Whiteford Reservoir you can
catch a sight of Grouse Mountain, and close by you hit upon nice places like Brookside Gulch. Summertime brings highs in the 60's to Whiteford Reservoir, and the night is rather cooler of course, mostly in the 30's. For the period
of the winter this place gets highs in the 20's; overnight lows in the 0's for Whiteford Reservoir.
If you need a site to stay Quality Suites Evergreen is a good choice; the Craig Creek Trail offers hiking at its best.
