     At Wee Ruby Reservoir through the warm months highs are in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 30's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's, and night lows in the-10's for Wee Ruby Reservoir. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Wee Ruby Reservoir; Middle Creek Stock Driveway is a great local trail, and lakes are such calm places, why not take a look at Little Ruby Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Don't leave Wee Ruby Reservoir  
   without first going for a hike along the Fern Creek Stock Driveway. There's so much to do here at Wee Ruby Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, River Hill Campground is a great spot for that.
That right there is a load already, but it carries on; Wee Ruby Reservoir has it all. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Wee Ruby Reservoir has to offer, you can camp at Road Canyon Campground; Wee Ruby Dam is not far at all from Wee Ruby
 
               Reservoir. Some of the water close by flows, like Quartz Creek, and get drenched paddling on Rio Grande. Wee Ruby Reservoir is one of the lakes here in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains.
Be careful coming to the San Juan and Jemez Mountains, you might not ever want to go back home again. Fairfield Pagosa Resort is a glorious site to get some rest, and a scenic lake like Fuchs Reservoir is a good spot to have a look at. That right there is a heap of entertaining stuff already but it goes on, the San Juan and Jemez Mountains has it all. Good hiking is available along the Long Ridge Stock Driveway. Around Wee Ruby Reservoir you don’t get a lot of precipitation; the wettest month of the year is commonly July, that's the one that rains the most while June is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
