the summertime months, highs usually are in the 80's at Watson Lake with nighttime lows in the 50's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 30's with temperatures at Watson Lake dipping down into the 10's all through winter nights.
After a long day outdoors Comfort Inn Ouray is a fine place to spend a night or two, and nearby you discover the Lou Creek Trail which is a great hiking trail. Burdeck Creek is near Watson Lake and is always a bliss to take a look
at, and going for a hike on the Alpine Trail is always a magnificent adventure. Life's too short to enjoy all the entertaining things near Watson Lake. A tremendous location to explore near Watson Lake is Watson Draw, and there is a good hiking trail close by called the Deer Creek Trail.
