Number 2 gets very little precipitation; May is the month that gets the most rain; January is when it's the driest.
Ward Reservoir Number 2 is a good place to visit for more than one day, Flying Saucer RV Park is a good place
to camp nearby, and while you're here you will meet lots of folks from close by Denver-Aurora. Through the months of summer here at Ward Reservoir Number 2, high temperatures typically get into the 80's. Once the sun is down it falls
down to the 50's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 40's, and after the sun is down all through the winter temperatures at Ward Reservoir Number 2 descend into the 10's. If you come at the right time of year, Bear Creek offers some brilliant whitewater; South Park Mobile Home Park is a perfect local campground.
