Best Western Denver Southwest is a brilliant location to get some rest, and get dripping wet paddling on South Platte River. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Ward Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, South Park Mobile Home Park is a good spot for that. Ward Reservoir beyond doubt is       in the middle of a beautiful outdoors paradise. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Beaver Brook Trail, and Ward Reservoir is not the only location nearby, Ward Reservoir Number 1 is a nearby lake. Ward Reservoir is usually a relatively dry place; throughout the month of May you get the most rain around here, and the driest month of the year is January. If you came to camp Flying Saucer RV Park is a tremendous location to do that, and if you need a spot                  to stay Residence Inn Denver Southwest/Lakewood is a glorious choice. If time allows, Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument is a national park worth stopping at, and if you're here you can play some golf at Green Gables Country Club. Throughout the summertime months at Ward Reservoir highs are usually in the 80's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 50's. Through the winter highs are in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Ward Reservoir are in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful.
