Do stop by Walters Lake while you're in this part of Colorado. At Walters Lake during the warm months highs are in the 70's, and during the night it cools down to the 40's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 30's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at Walters Lake temperatures dip to the 0's. The Park Range scenery is always beautiful. If you have a thing about the outdoors, you'll love Walters Lake. You'll locate a lovely lake called Lone Lick

So much entertaining stuff to do here at Walters Lake, too great to be true. There are delightful locations to explore along the Piney Lake Trail, and Big Park is a striking location any time of year. Nearby McCord Pass is a delightful place to go if you're at Walters Lake, and going for a hike | |

on the Sheep Drive Trail is always a tremendous adventure. Head up to Vail and strap some skis to your feet; if you came to camp Learning Camp is a good site to do that.
All the outdoors enjoyable stuff in the Park Range will
keep you coming back repeatedly. Piney Peak Spring is an inspiring place to stop by while you're here, and after a long day outdoors The Westin Riverfront Mountain Villas - Opening May 28, 2009 is a fine place to spend a night or
two. Be careful coming to the Park Range, you might not ever want to go back home again. This lake is so wonderful. Near Walters Lake you hit upon the Rock Creek Trail which is a pleasant hiking trail, and the nice folks of Edwards
like to hang out close by.
This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Colorado River, and Beaver Creek West Condominiums is a fine place to get some rest. Walters Lake is pretty arid ordinarily; the month with
most of the rain is July while February is generally the driest month. Do go to Beaver Dam Lake close to Walters Lake, it's a charming lake, and on a lovely day you get a great view of Piney Peak from Walters Lake.
Yeah, come
up here to the Park Range for a splendid time. If you come at the right time of year, Eagle River offers some brilliant whitewater, and Beaver Creek is a very popular ski area in the neighborhood.
