Summer brings highs in the 80's to Walker Reservoir while night lows are usually in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 40's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Walker Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. During your journey to Walker       Reservoir you'll meet some folks from Boulder for sure, and if you're here you can take a hike along the Round Mountain Trail. If you want a pleasant time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Walker Reservoir. Very brilliant water scenery is available at Walker Dam near Walker Reservoir. Lakes? Sure, Divide Reservoir is close at hand. If you're a golfer then a glorious nearby course is Ute Creek Golf Course, and there is a good hiking trail close by called                  the Mesa Trail. Camping is available at Longmont Koa Kampground; dry warm beds await you at Niwot Inn. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay B and B Mobile and RV Park is a fine place to camp, and on a magnificent day you can take a hike along the Saddle Rock Trail. Walker Reservoir is a location that is quite dried out frequently; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain; the driest of the months is January.
