This lake is so wonderful. Piney River has a good whitewater paddling spot close by, and there's some flowing water close by, East Fork Red Canyon Creek is a stream you can have a look at while you're here. Gotta ski! Vail is a brilliant place to do that, and camping at Ute Spring Reservoir is nice fun, Yeoman Park Campground is a nice local campground. into the 80's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 40's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 30's while Ute Spring Reservoir nighttime low temperatures during the winter are in the 0's.
This spot, the Park Range,
has so much outdoors enjoyable stuff. A delightful nearby hotel is Park Plaza Avon, and there are good locations to look at along the Rock Creek Trail. Going for a hike on the Red Canyon Stock Driveway is always a wonderful adventure;
you'll possibly meet some people from Edwards here. Just can't get enough of Ute Spring Reservoir. In the event that you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Eagle River.
