Ute Lake is a lake worth visiting. This lake is one of the great places here in the Front Range. There are some good whitewater spots on South Platte River, and Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument is one of the destinations that are good to stop by nearby. But wait, there's more enjoyable things to do in the Front Range. Ute Lake is next to Rule Creek Dam which is a pretty site undeniably worth checking out, and do take a hike on the Phantom Creek Trail.

| | This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at Campground At woodland Park, and after a long day outdoors Country Lodge is a glorious place to spend a night or two. Summertime highs at Ute Lake typically tend to be in the 80's. All through the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 40's. Having a good time in the Front Range is uncomplicated. Lakes are such peaceful sites, why not take a look at Burgess Reservoir Number 1 in the vicinity of Ute
Lake; if you need a location to stay The Cliff House Hotel at Pikes Peak is a brilliant choice. A golf course in the neighborhood of Ute Lake is Shining Mountain Golf Club; the Rule Ridge Trail offers hiking at its best. This lake
is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend South Platte River.
You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the enjoyable stuff at Ute Lake. Camping at Alpine Lakes Resort is always a perfect experience; why not take a refreshing hike along the Rule Creek Trail.
