So much amusing stuff to do in the Front Range, not enough time. Looking for something near Upper Storm Lake? Upper Diamond Lake is in close proximity, and there's whitewater on Clear Creek - West Fork for all you adrenaline kick people. This lake is so wonderful. Mount Jasper is a peak you can distinguish from Upper Storm Lake, and Buckingham Campground is a fine local campground. Very wonderful water       scenery is available at Jasper Dam close to Upper Storm Lake, and if the weather is good, you can go for a hike along the Columbine Lake Trail. There are some fine whitewater spots on Boulder Creek; don't leave Upper Storm Lake without first checking out Devils Thumb. All through the warm days of summer highs here at Upper Storm Lake reach the 70's while nighttime lows are generally in the 40's. Highs throughout the wintertime are regularly in the 20's;                  overnight lows at Upper Storm Lake through the wintertime mostly sink into the 0's. Upper Storm Lake is a beautiful lake in the Front Range. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike along the Devils Thumb Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood; hey, Gotta ski right? Winter Park is a pleasant place to do that. Upper Storm Lake gets very little precipitation; August is when you get the most rain here; February meanwhile is the driest month. Everybody nearby loves skiing at Berthoud Pass, and a magnificent place to have a look at is Arapaho Pass. This place, Upper Storm Lake, it simply has so much outdoors cool stuff.
