Upper Storm Lake is a nice lake to visit. The slopes of Winter Park are so inviting noone can resist, and soar down the rapids of Clear Creek - West Fork in a kayak. Whohoo, so much cool stuff in one place! Upper Storm Lake is excellent! Berthoud Pass is a good local ski area. If you need a location to stay Zephyr Mountain Lodge is a pleasant choice, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Diamond Lake Trail.

| | the Front Range. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Upper Storm Lake; Columbine Lake Trail is a perfect local trail. Lakes? Sure, Betty Lake is in the vicinity. Upper Storm Lake is a location that is reasonably waterless regularly; August is the wettest month with most rain; the driest of the months is February. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Front Range. A good location to pop by right next door to Upper Storm Lake is Arapaho Pass, and paddling on Boulder | |

And if you're still looking for more outdoors amusing things just keep reading. Jasper Dam is not far at all from Upper Storm Lake; camping is available at Fourth of July Campground. This lake is so wonderful.
There's pleasant hiking along the Devils Thumb Trail; since you're here at Upper Storm Lake, checking out Devils Thumb is a must. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop by nearby Devils Thumb Lake; if you came
for an overnight stay Buckingham Campground is a delightful site to camp.
The Front Range scenery is always beautiful. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Beaver Village Condominiums is a brilliant place to spend
a night or two, and on a gorgeous day you get a pleasant panorama of Mount Jasper from Upper Storm Lake. During the warmest time of the year, highs generally are in the 70's at Upper Storm Lake. For the duration of the dark hours
of summer temperatures fall down into the 40's. During the winter highs are in the 20's; winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Upper Storm Lake.
