Upper Reservoir is one of the lakes here in the Front Range. At Upper Reservoir all through the warm months highs                  are in the 80's with night lows in the 50's. All through the winter highs are in the 40's while Upper Reservoir nighttime low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike along the Winding Stairs Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood, and Upper Reservoir is great enough to spend more than a day at, Lake Of The Rockies Retreat is a great local campground. Hiking along the Balanced Rock Trail is brilliant fun, and at Upper Reservoir you always meet someone from Colorado Springs. Be careful coming to the Front Range, you might not ever wanna return back home again. After a long day outdoors Sundance Mountain Lodge is a wonderful site to spend a night or two; a quick visit to Ice Cave Creek is undeniably a tremendous idea. This lake is so wonderful.
