A wonderful nearby hotel is Clarion Collection The Golden Hotel, and a lake close by is Lower Long Lake. At Upper Long Lake you don’t see much rain; all through the month of May you get the most rain around here, and January is the month with the least moisture. Whohoo, so much cool stuff in one place! The Front Range rules! You can take a little spree to Upper Long Lake Dam if you're here       at Upper Long Lake, and do go to Cross Creek since you're here at Upper Long Lake. There's whitewater on Clear Creek for all you adrenaline junkies, and after a long day outdoors Table Mountain Inn is a glorious place to spend a night or two. This lake is located in the wonderful Front Range. This lake is so wonderful. You're sure to come across some cheerful folks from Boulder here; don’t forget to pop by Leyden Flats while you're here at Upper Long Lake.                  You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors cool stuff the Front Range has to offer. Clear Creek RV Park is a brilliant local campground, and Fossil Trace Golf Club is a wonderful golf course nearby. This lake is so wonderful. On a great day at Upper Long Lake you can take a hike along the Beaver Brook Trail, and Ralston Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could stop at. Going for a hike on the Bear Peak Trail is always a brilliant adventure, and there is a glorious hiking trail close by called the Mesa Trail. There's just no way somebody can get bored here at Upper Long Lake. Get your pulse rate up on the great whitewater of Clear Creek, and Upper Long Lake is a pleasant location to visit for more than one day, Golden Clear Creek RV Park is a pleasant location to camp nearby. During the long summer days, highs generally are in the 80's at Upper Long Lake; the night is slightly cooler of course, usually in the 50's.
