    If you are in this part of Colorado make sure to pay a visit to Upper Fourmile Lake. Upper Fourmile Lake is pretty dried out frequently; July is when you get the most rain here, and June is the month with the least moisture. Summertime brings highs in the 70's to Upper Fourmile Lake, and throughout the night it cools down to the 30's. Highs during the wintertime are generally in the 20's, and night lows through the winter for Upper Fourmile Lake tend to be in the-10's.  
   Paddling on Wolf Creek is so much fun, and it's a perfect idea to take a look at Falls Creek.
This lake is so wonderful. Have a delightful hiking adventure along the Fourmile Stock Trail, and after a long day outdoors Fairfield Pagosa Resort is a tremendous spot to spend a night or two. Be careful coming to the San Juan and Jemez Mountains, you might not ever want to go back home again. Take a hike on the Turkey Lake Trail, and if you get bored of Upper
 
               Fourmile Lake you could also stop at close by Turkey Creek Lake. The San Juan and Jemez Mountains scenery is always beautiful.
That right there is loads of cool stuff already but it goes on, the San Juan and Jemez Mountains has it all. Really brilliant skiing awaits you at Wolf Creek, and get dripping wet paddling on San Juan River. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay West Fork Campground is a fine site to camp, and one of the governing features of the surroundings of Upper Fourmile Lake is Cherry Cairn. Dry warm beds await you at Oak Ridge Lodge, and why not camp at Middle Fork Hunter Campground since you're here at Upper Fourmile Lake.
If you adore the outdoors, you'll go for Upper Fourmile Lake. While you're here at Upper Fourmile Lake you can take a hike along the Rainbow Trail, and Fourmile Lake is a nearby lake that you could stop at.

The take out after Mesa Canyon is where Trujillo Rd gets close to the river on R Left @ 37. 125988°, -107. 051072°

These are the closest Public put in & take out to the Lat/Long given on the site. Happy Raftin!...
