Go to Twin Lakes Reservoir if you want to go to a nice lake. You'll stumble on a striking lake called Middle Monitor Reservoir near Twin Lakes Reservoir, and a glorious spot to camp here at Twin Lakes Reservoir is T Bone Spring Campground. Now, you may imagine that's loads but there's even more amusing things to do here in the Uncompahgre Plateau Mountains. On a magnificent day at Twin Lakes Reservoir you can take a hike along the Cottonwood Trail, and Cottonwood Basin

| | is right here at Twin Lakes Reservoir. Summertime at Twin Lakes Reservoir arrives with high temperatures in the 90's with overnight lows in the 60's. Through the winter this place gets highs in the 40's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Twin Lakes Reservoir descend into the 10's.

Whohoo, so much cool stuff in one place! The Uncompahgre Plateau Mountains rules! The friendly folks of Montrose like to hang out nearby, and you can run the rapids of Escalante Creek.
Twin Lakes Reservoir is great enough to spend more than a day at, Smokehouse Campground is a great local campground; you don’t have to go far from Twin Lakes Reservoir to spot the water at Twin Lakes Dam. If only every spot had this
much outdoors exciting stuff, what a great earth it would be. A stunning lake like Big Monitor Reservoir Number 1 right next door to Twin Lakes Reservoir is a pleasant place to explore, and close by you stumble on the Moore Mesa Trail
which is a wonderful hiking trail.
This lake is so wonderful. The Monitor Mesa Trail is a glorious hiking trail in the neighborhood of Twin Lakes Reservoir, and here at Twin Lakes Reservoir you can see 25 Mesa. This lake is so
wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Best Western Sundance, and a nice place for whitewater paddling is San Miguel River.
