Twin Lakes is a lake worth visiting. It is very dehydrated here at Twin Lakes mostly; August is the wettest month with most rain, and October is when it's the driest. Twin Lakes is in close proximity to Holmes Gulch which is absolutely worth going to; after a long day outdoors Win MAR. Cottages is a fine spot to spend a night or two. And if that's not sufficient there's a heap more cool stuff to do in the Sawatch Range. Going for a hike on the Pine Creek Trail is

| | always a pleasant adventure, and White Star Campground is a pleasant campground here.
For the period of the warm days of summer at Twin Lakes temperatures are generally in the 70's, and the night is a tad chillier of course, generally in the 30's. Throughout the winter the highs are generally in the 20's while Twin Lakes overnight low temperatures during the wintertime are in the-10's. close to Twin Lakes. Now, you may think that's heaps but there's even more cool stuff to do here in the Sawatch Range. There are other spots here than Twin Lakes, for example Twin Lakes Reservoir; getting to Box Creek from Twin Lakes
is easy.
This lake is so wonderful. Twin Lakes is a good location to camp, Lake View Campground is a good location, and a good place for whitewater paddling is Clear Creek. This lake is so wonderful. Near Twin Lakes you find the
Main Range Trail which is a good hiking trail; you can run the rapids of Arkansas River. If you like skiing, you're in luck; Copper Mountain is close to Twin Lakes.
Twin Lakes is located in the Sawatch Range. Be careful coming
to Twin Lakes, you might not ever want to go back home again. A day on the slopes of Ski Cooper is just what you need, and Twin Lakes Roadhouse Lodge is a nice location to get some rest.
