There's whitewater on North Platte River for all you adrenaline junkies, and why not camp at Lakeside Campground if you're here at Twin Lake. So many enjoyable things to do here at Twin Lake, too good to be true. Everybody loves Elk Park, and going for a hike on the Blue Lake Trail is always a glorious adventure. On a magnificent day at Twin Lake you can take a hike along the Twin Lake Trail; if you need a location to stay CrossTimbers       at Steamboat is a splendid choice. This lake is so wonderful. The snow is perfect at Steamboat. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Elk River, and camping is available at Helena Campground. You completely ought to love the Park Range. Twin Lake is not the only place nearby, Blue Lake is a nearby lake, and there is a good hiking trail nearby called the Ute Pass Trail. During the days of summer at Twin Lake temperatures                  are frequently in the 70's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's typically in the 40's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 30's with temperatures at Twin Lake dipping down into the 10's through winter nights. The Park Range scenery is always beautiful. These mountains rock, just explore all the amusing stuff to do in the Park Range. You could also visit Ute Lake if you're here at Twin Lake; it's close by, and from Twin Lake you obtain a splendid view of Bear Mountain.
