If you are in this part of Colorado make sure to pay a visit to Turquoise Lake. You'll beyond doubt wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the entertaining stuff in the Sawatch Range. Don't leave Turquoise Lake without first going for a hike along the Mount Massive Trail, and hey, Gotta ski right? Copper Mountain is a great spot to do that. Go for a hike on the Highline Trail, and Arkansas River is a good whitewater spot nearby. Not much rainfall falls here

quick trip to East Fork Arkansas River is absolutely a great idea.
A magnificent place close to Turquoise Lake is Bartlett Gulch; Buffalo Park is a wonderful site here at Turquoise Lake. If you love the outdoors you'll love it
here in the Sawatch Range. If you need a site to stay Silver King Inn is a perfect choice; in case you don’t mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Lake Creek. This lake is so wonderful. Turquoise Lake is
near Sugarloaf Dam which is a beautiful site definitely worth stopping at; a round of golf at nearby MT Massive Golf Course is a wonderful way to kill some time.
Just can't get enough of Turquoise Lake. Turquoise Lake is a delightful
place to camp, Sugar Loafin' RV/campground is a delightful place. A spree to Soda Springs will fill your soul with good feelings, and there are magnificent places to discover along the Main Range Trail. This lake is located in the wonderful Sawatch Range.
