you can camp at Rv Station Campground, and if you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Shadow Hills Golf Club is in close proximity. There's some flowing water nearby, Wilson Creek is a stream you can go to during your
stay, and the fine folks of Canon City like to hang out close by. This lake is one of the great places here in the Front Range. For the duration of the days of summer at Turner Reservoir highs are generally in the 70's with nighttime
lows in the 40's. During the wintertime the highs are frequently in the 20's, and nighttime lows during the winter for Turner Reservoir tend to be in the-10's. Whohoo, so many amusing things in one place! The Front Range is great!
Don't leave Turner Reservoir without first going for a hike along the Tanner Trail, and there's whitewater on Arkansas River for all you adrenaline junkies. Now, you may think that's plenty but there's even more fun things to do here
in the Front Range. If you need a location to stay Budget Host Royal Gorge Inn Canon City is a tremendous choice, and Park Center L and W Number 10 Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could explore.

For your convenience our restrooms, heated showers, and dump station are centrally located by the office, along with the ice machine, and fire wood. We have supplies, and food available in the office/store.
Your pets are welcome to camp with you at no extra cost, but must never be left alone at your campsite. It is your responsibility to pick up after your pets no matter where you walk them. ... |

The fishing has been both great and not so good. The time of the year plays a part. However the beauty is always there. Love It!!!... Fishing here was the most terrible expericence ever! I wolud head over to Eleven Mile if you arelooking for a good fishing trip!... |
