Tuhare Lakes is right by the Half Moon Trail; at Tuhare Lakes you can catch a sight of Mount of the Holy Cross. If only every location had this much outdoors cool stuff, what a great earth it would be. Tuhare Lakes gets very little precipitation; the month of July is the wettest with most of the rain while February is typically the driest month. This lake is so wonderful.       After a long day outdoors Christie Lodge is a great location to spend a night or two, and hiking along the Fall Creek Trail is splendid fun. A wonderful close by hotel is The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch; if you came to camp Gold Park Campground is a pleasant site to do that. And if that's not enough there's a load more entertaining stuff to do in the Sawatch Range. Beaver Creek is a nice local ski area, and lakes are such calm places, why not stop at                  Bowl of Tears. Just can't get enough of the Sawatch Range. Paddling on Homestake Creek is so much fun, and you might also want to pay a visit to Fall Creek Pass since you're here at Tuhare Lakes. There are plenty of folks from Edwards here at Tuhare Lakes, and the slopes of Vail are so inviting noone can resist. Summertime highs at Tuhare Lakes frequently tend to be in the 80's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 40's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 30's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Tuhare Lakes. Man, is there lots of cool stuff to do close to Tuhare Lakes. Whitewater paddling is magnificent on Eagle River; you'll come across a charming lake called Seven Sisters Lakes.
