     This lake is so wonderful. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Trinity Lake; Deer Park Trail is a delightful local trail, and a fine spot to camp here at Trinity Lake is Silver Summit RV Park And Jeep Rentals. Gotta ski! Kendall Mountain is a brilliant place to do that, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Brooklyn Trail. If you fancy the outdoors you'll fancy it here in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. The slopes of Silverton are so inviting noone  
   can resist, naturally you could also pop by Leviathan Lake while you're here; it's not far at all.
Summertime brings highs in the 70's to Trinity Lake. Through the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 40's. Throughout the winter the highs are commonly in the 30's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Trinity Lake. You can run the rapids of Animas River near Trinity Lake, and a pleasant view of pretty Grenadier Range is available. You just can't picture
 
               the amount of outdoors fun stuff the area right next door to Trinity Lake has to offer. Camping is available at Silverton Lakes Campground, and after a long day outdoors Purgatory Lodge by Durango Mountain Resorts is a great site to spend a night or two.
This site, the San Juan and Jemez Mountains, has so much outdoors cool stuff. There's whitewater on Vallecito Creek for all you adrenaline junkies, and a brilliant nearby hotel is Purgatory Village Condominium Hotel. Trinity Lake is a beautiful lake in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. There's glorious hiking along the Whitehead Trail; a lake close by is Lake Silex.
The summits of the Grenadier Range add much beauty to the region around Trinity Lake. Around Trinity Lake you don’t get a lot of precipitation; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain, and June is the month with the least moisture.
