Trapline Campground is a pleasant campground nearby, and Scotts Lake is a nearby lake that you could check out. This lake is so wonderful. Everybody loves Amphitheatre; there is a great hiking trail close by called the Ute Trail. Man, is there a heap of cool things to do next to Trappers       Lake. A lake nearby is Coffin Lake, and Sweetwater Creek has a fine whitewater paddling spot close by. This lake is so wonderful. There are fine places to discover along the South Derby Trail, and if you came for an overnight stay Bucks Campground is a glorious place to camp. Through the warmest time of the year, highs frequently are in the 80's at Trappers Lake, and the night is a bit colder of course, ordinarily in the 40's. For the period of the winter highs                  are in the 20's; after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Trappers Lake drop into the 0's. Going for a hike on the Oyster Lake Trail is always a perfect adventure, and if you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on White River - North Fork.
