If you like lakes and you're in this part of Colorado you can check out Trail Ridge Reservoir. Bridge Campground is a delightful campground here, and why not have a look at close by Little Sand Creek while you're here at Trail Ridge Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors entertaining things the area near Trail Ridge Reservoir has to offer. Near Trail Ridge Reservoir you come across the Devil Mountain Trail which is a great hiking trail; Fairfield Pagosa Resort is a wonderful spot to get some rest. And if that's not sufficient there's lots more enjoyable things to do in the San Juan Mountains. If the weather is great here at Trail Ridge Reservoir, you can go for a hike along the Middle Mountain
Trail; the slopes of Wolf Creek are so inviting noone can resist. Summer brings highs in the 70's to Trail Ridge Reservoir, and through the night it cools down to the 30's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 20's; nighttime
lows in the-10's for Trail Ridge Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Econo Lodge Pagosa Springs, and you can stay the night at Sportsman's Supply C.G. and Cabins.
Trail Ridge Reservoir is located in
the San Juan Mountains. Just can't get enough of the San Juan Mountains. Chub Draw is a tremendous place to spend some time at, and a perfect place for whitewater paddling is Piedra River.
