Visit Little Sand Creek if you're here at Trail Ridge Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. If you feel like a little side journey, try Chub Draw, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Piedra River. And if that's not enough, there's loads more to do close to Trail Ridge Reservoir. A lovely lake like Martin Lake next to Trail Ridge Reservoir is a splendid site to stop at, and       don't leave Trail Ridge Reservoir without first paying a visit to Notch Spring. This lake is so wonderful. If you came to camp Bridge Campground is a great site to do that; dry warm beds await you at Keyah Grande Resort. All through the summer months at Trail Ridge Reservoir highs are mostly in the 70's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 30's. Highs through the winter are ordinarily in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Trail Ridge Reservoir are                  in the-10's. Skiing at Wolf Creek is one of those things you just have to do, and if you need a place to stay Fairfield Pagosa Resort is a magnificent choice. Yep, outdoors cool stuff truly is plentiful here in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. Hiking along the Middle Mountain Trail is perfect fun; there are some tremendous whitewater spots on Rio Grande.
