But wait, there's more exciting stuff to do in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains. If you want to go to some interesting stuff, go to Pinon Hill, and if you need a place to stay Best Western Rambler is a great choice. Town Lakes gets very little precipitation; August is when you get the most rain here, and the driest of the months is January. Having a delightful time in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains is painless. Dry warm beds       await you at Knights Inn Walensburg; everybody close by loves skiing at Eldora. This lake is so wonderful. Do check out La Veta Lake South Dam if you're here at Town Lakes, and if you're here you can take a hike along the Wahatoya Trail. It's a perfect idea to have a look at Middle Creek, it's in the vicinity of Town Lakes, and going for a hike along the Black Hills Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood. Town Lakes in fact is in                  the middle of a striking outdoors paradise. Grandote Peaks Golf Course is a wonderful golf course close by; camping at Bearadise Cabins and RV Park is always a nice experience. Through the summertime, highs generally are in the 80's at Town Lakes, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Highs all through the winter are typically in the 30's with temperatures at Town Lakes dipping down into the 0's all through winter nights. Town Lakes is a beautiful lake in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains. This lake is so wonderful.
