Toponas Rock is an exciting site to check out while at Tonier Gulch Reservoir, and don't leave Tonier Gulch Reservoir without first going for a hike along the Muddy Slide Trail. Tonier Gulch Reservoir is a beautiful lake in the Park Range. Go for a hike on the Morrison Divide Trail, and Sunburst Condominiums (Vri) is a great place to get some rest. So many fun things to do in the Park Range, not sufficient time. Tonier Gulch       Dam is worth a visit while you're here; there's whitewater on Rock Creek for all you adrenaline kick people. What would winter be without some skiing at Steamboat, and if you've had enough of Tonier Gulch Reservoir, E M Curry Reservoir is nearby. Deadman Park is a good location to stretch your legs a bit, and get your pulse rate up on the good whitewater of Piney River. And that's not all you can do here at Tonier Gulch Reservoir. Tonier Gulch Reservoir is a                  magnificent place to visit for more than one day, Lynx Pass Campground is a magnificent place to camp nearby, and if you need a site to stay Oak Tree Inn Yampa is a splendid choice. That right there is a heap already, but it keeps on going; Tonier Gulch Reservoir has it all. There's no way anyone can get bored here in the Park Range. You could also check out Toponas Rock Reservoir Number 2 while you're here at Tonier Gulch Reservoir; it's close by, and there's nice hiking along the Tepee Creek Trail. Tonier Gulch Reservoir is pretty dried up commonly; the month with most of the rain is July; February meanwhile is the driest month. For the period of the months of summer, highs ordinarily are in the 70's at Tonier Gulch Reservoir; the night is rather colder of course, ordinarily in the 40's.
