Gotta ski! Aspen Mountain is a good location to do that; after a long day outdoors The Green Drake is a good spot to spend a night or two. If you love the outdoors you'll love it here in the Sawatch Range. Taylor Creek Pass is a fine place to pop by in the neighborhood of Toner Reservoir; some of the water nearby       flows, like Iola Creek. This lake is so wonderful. Aspen- Basalt Campground is a good local campground, and dry warm beds await you at The Crestwood Condominiums. The slopes of Aspen Highlands are so inviting nobody can resist, and do take a look at Smith Dam since you're here. Toner Reservoir in fact is in the middle of a pretty outdoors paradise. You have to absolutely pop by Seven Castles since you're here at Toner Reservoir, and if you come at the right                  time of year, -blank- offers some wonderful whitewater. Toner Reservoir is one of the lakes here in the Sawatch Range. This lake is so wonderful. Near Toner Reservoir you locate the Blue Creek Trail which is a magnificent hiking trail, and a lake nearby is Cherry Lake. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors exciting stuff the area in the neighborhood of Toner Reservoir has to offer. This location, the Sawatch Range, has so much outdoors fun stuff. Going for a hike on the Antone Trail is always a good adventure, and there are some great whitewater spots on Roaring Fork. It is very waterless here at Toner Reservoir typically; April is when you get the most rain here; June is when it's the driest. At Toner Reservoir through the summer months highs are in the 80's with overnight lows in the 50's.
