What a nice lake Tom Frost Reservoir is. This lake is so wonderful. Delux RV Park is a good campground here, and hiking along the Saddle Rock Trail is brilliant fun. Here at Tom Frost Reservoir you'll possibly meet some people from Boulder, and do take a hike on the Mesa Trail. Stay the night at B and B Mobile and RV Park, and paddling on Boulder Creek - South is so much fun.
Why not stop at Tom Frost Dam since you're here, and whitewater paddling is good

Tom Frost Reservoir is typically a reasonably dried out site; the wettest month of the year is frequently May, that's the one that rains the most while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
