So many amusing things to do at Tikka Reservoir, so little time. Tikka Reservoir is right by the Paradox Road, and you're sure to run into some good people from Montrose here. The warmest time of the year at Tikka Reservoir comes with high temperatures in the 80's, and throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. Daytime highs throughout the wintertime are in the 30's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at Tikka Reservoir temperatures descend

| | to the 0's. If you're here at Tikka Reservoir, you could take a look at North Creek, and get soaked paddling on San Miguel River. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Dry Creek Trail. This lake is so wonderful. The Horsefly Trail offers hiking at its best, and a great location to stop at is Saint Joe Draw. paddling is good on San Miguel River. Lakes are pleasant; Corner Reservoir is a lake that's near Tikka Reservoir, and do put some time aside to spend at Flatiron Spring while you're here at Tikka Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful.
A glorious nearby hotel is Fairmont Franz Klammer Lodge; if you came for an overnight stay Iron Spring Campground is a pleasant site to camp. Life's too short to enjoy all the fun stuff in the Uncompahgre Plateau Mountains. Antone
Spring Campground is a great campground nearby, and as expected, this is a tremendous region for people who like lakes, Go Back Reservoir is a lake in the vicinity. Tikka Reservoir gets very little rain; July is the month that
gets the most rain; February on the other hand is the driest. This lake is located in the wonderful Uncompahgre Plateau Mountains.
