Tikka Reservoir is always a pleasure to visit. Yep, outdoors entertaining stuff to do are beyond doubt plentiful here at Tikka Reservoir. Flatiron Spring is a tremendous local attraction; after a long day outdoors Mountain Lodge At Telluride is a magnificent spot to spend a night or two. Tikka Reservoir gets very little precipitation; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily July, that's the one that rains the most; the driest month of the year is February.

| | This lake is so wonderful. There is a magnificent hiking trail in the vicinity of Tikka Reservoir called the Paradox Road, and San Miguel River is a fine whitewater spot close by. And if that's not sufficient there's a lot more fun things to do in the Uncompahgre Plateau Mountains. You might want to pay a visit to Saint Joe Draw while you're here at Tikka Reservoir, and of course North Creek is a beautiful stream that is worth going to. Now, you may think that's | |

a heap but there's even more enjoyable things to do here in the Uncompahgre Plateau Mountains. There's so much to do here at Tikka Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Antone Spring Campground is a perfect spot for that,
and on a beautiful day you obtain a wonderful vista of The Flatiron from Tikka Reservoir.
Here at Tikka Reservoir there are plenty of folks from Montrose, and on a nice day you can take a hike along the Horsefly Trail. The Dry
Creek Trail is a great hiking trail near Tikka Reservoir; Berry Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could explore. Tikka Reservoir is located in the Uncompahgre Plateau Mountains.
This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Iron
Spring Campground, and in the event that you don’t have a problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on San Miguel River. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Tikka Reservoir, and all through the night it
cools down to the 40's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's while Tikka Reservoir nighttime low temperatures during the winter are in the 0's.
