It is very arid here at Thompson Reservoir Number 2 generally; through October this area sees       the most rain; the driest month is February. This lake is so wonderful. There are some fine whitewater spots on Colorado River. Summertime at Thompson Reservoir Number 2 arrives with high temperatures in the 90's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 50's.
