     After a long day outdoors Super 8 Motel - Windsor is a great spot to spend a night or two, of course you could also go to Thompson Lake if you're here; it's not far at all. All through the summertime at Thompson Reservoir temperatures are mostly in the 80's. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 50's. High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 40's, and nighttime lows during the wintertime for Thompson Reservoir tend to  
   be in the 10's. So many exciting things in the vicinity of Thompson Reservoir, truly phenomenal. If you need a site to stay Americinn - Fort Collins/Windsor, Co is a glorious choice. This lake is so wonderful. A lake close by is Windsor Reservoir; why not have a look at Thompson Dam since you're here.
A great site to camp here at Thompson Reservoir is Loveland Station Campground, and why not spend some time golfing at a close by golf course like Pelican
 
               Lakes Golf & Country Club. At Thompson Reservoir you don’t see much rainfall; May is the wettest month with most rain, and February is the month with the least moisture. Camping is available at Rising Star, and there are plenty of people from Greeley here.
