Camping at Kite Lake Campground is always a splendid experience, and if you like skiing, you're in luck; Breckenridge is reasonably near. Tenmile Tailings Pond gets very little rainfall; July is when you get the most rain here; the driest month of the year is February. Tenmile Tailings Pond is next to Kokomo Gulch which is undeniably worth stopping at; dry warm beds await you       at Copper Junction Condominiums. This lake is so wonderful. Have a brilliant hiking adventure along the Miners Creek Trail, naturally you could also go to Clinton Gulch Dam Reservoir while you're here; it's not far at all. This place, Tenmile Tailings Pond, it definitely has so much outdoors enjoyable stuff. Tenmile Tailings Pond is not far at all from Silverthorne. At Tenmile Tailings Pond during the months of summer highs are in the 70's, and the overnight                  is a little chillier of course, regularly in the 40's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's while Tenmile Tailings Pond night low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 0's.
