Around Tellurium Lake you don’t get a lot of precipitation; during the month of July you get the most rain around here, and February is the month with the least moisture. If you want a great time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Sawatch Range. There's glorious hiking along the Ironedge Trail, and Hyatt Mountain Lodge is a perfect place to get some rest. This is no site for people who       don’t like to enjoy themselves. Tellurium Lake is a perfect location to visit for more than one day, Elk Wallow Campground is a perfect location to camp nearby, and there are some great whitewater spots on Fryingpan River. The view of Avalanche Peak from Tellurium Lake is beautiful, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Eagle River. For the period of the months of summer highs here at Tellurium Lake get into the                  80's while night lows are frequently in the 40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's, and overnight lows in the 0's for Tellurium Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Tellurium Park is a splendid place. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Tellurium Lake has to offer, you can camp at Fulford Cave Campground. Lots of folks from Edwards come to Tellurium Lake; Beaver Creek has great slopes and a friendly staff. This lake is so wonderful. Don't leave Tellurium Lake without first going for a hike along the Lake Charles Trail, and while you're here, you could also stop by pretty Halfmoon Lake. If you love the outdoors, you'll fancy Tellurium Lake. Hit the slopes at Vail in the vicinity. Yep, outdoors exciting stuff truly is bountiful here in the Sawatch Range. Dry warm beds await you at The Pines Lodge, and you can go for a hike on the Last Chance Trail.
