Stay the night at Lake Creek Campground. This lake is so wonderful. On a delightful day at Teasup Lake you can take a hike along the Crossover Trail; there's whitewater on Arkansas River for all you thrill seekers. This lake is located in the wonderful Sangre De Cristo Mountains. Teasup Lake is usually a pretty arid spot; through the month of August you get       the most rain around here while January is regularly the driest month. Whohoo, so many fun things in one place! The Sangre De Cristo Mountains is so good! There is a glorious hiking trail near Teasup Lake called the Hermit Lake Trail; if you're here, you could also stop by delightful Cherry Lake. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors exciting things the area in the vicinity of Teasup Lake has to offer.
