Colorado has many beautiful lakes and Teal Lake is one of them. Nearby Burns Draw is a great spot to go if you're at Teal Lake, and Hidden Lakes Campground is a glorious local campground. This lake is so wonderful. Take a hike on the Newcomb Creek Trail; a beautiful lake like Tiago Lake is a brilliant place to explore. A great place like Newcomb Park here at Teal Lake is too pleasant to miss, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you

The Park Range scenery is always beautiful. Teal Lake truly is in the middle of a stunning outdoors paradise. Teal Lake gets very little rain; the month of December is the wettest with most of the snow, and August is the month with the least moisture.
And if that's not enough there's heaps more amusing stuff to do in the Park Range. Going for a hike along the Percy Lake Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this | |

vicinity, and you'll find a wonderful lake called Burns Reservoir. What a place this is for outdoors people. Have a fine hiking adventure along the Rainbow Lake Trail, and Scandinavian Lodge and Condominiums is a great place to get
some rest. Why not camp at Grizzly Creek Campground if you're here at Teal Lake, and if you need a place to stay Winterwood Townhomes is a perfect choice.
During the days of summer, highs typically are in the 80's at Teal Lake.
When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 40's. All through the winter highs are in the 20's with temperatures at Teal Lake dipping down into the-10's through winter nights. Just can't get enough of the Park Range.
You can take a little journey to Burns Dam if you're here at Teal Lake, and if you like skiing, you're in luck; Steamboat is pretty near. This lake is so wonderful. Looking for some flowing water? Try Whalen Creek; the skiing at Howelsen Hill is pleasant.
