During the winter highs are commonly in the 40's, and through       the dark hours in the wintertime at Taylor Lake temperatures fall to the 10's. A good location to camp here at Taylor Lake is Junction. This lake is so wonderful. For you golfers we recommend nearby LA Junta Golf Club, and do stop at Manby Lake, it's a scenic lake.
