Sylvan Lakes is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. The Sawatch Range scenery is always beautiful. Sylvan Lakes beyond doubt is in the middle of a delightful outdoors paradise. On a magnificent day at Sylvan Lakes you can take a hike along the Main Range Trail, and if you need a place to stay Silver King Inn is a good choice. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors cool things the area right next door to Sylvan Lakes has to offer.

| | Gotta ski! Copper Mountain is a great place to do that.
The slopes of Ski Cooper are so inviting nobody can resist, and camping at Sugar Loafin' RV/campground is always a splendid experience. Sylvan Lakes is pretty arid regularly; August is when you get the most rain here while February is commonly the driest month. A great place like Crane Park here at Sylvan Lakes is too perfect to miss, and whitewater paddling is pleasant on Arkansas River.

may assume that's a lot but there's even more exciting stuff to do here in the Sawatch Range. In case you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Homestake Creek, and going for a hike on the Fall
Creek Trail is always a splendid adventure. This lake is so wonderful. If you're here at Sylvan Lakes and you like golf, you can visit MT Massive Golf Course, and there is a perfect hiking trail close by called the Highline Trail.
Summertime at Sylvan Lakes comes with high temperatures in the 70's with nighttime lows in the 40's. Daytime highs all through the winter are in the 30's while Sylvan Lakes nighttime low temperatures all through the winter are in
the 0's.
A glorious nearby hotel is Delaware Hotel; at Sylvan Lakes you can see Missouri Hill. Whohoo, so much enjoyable stuff in one place! The Sawatch Range is peerless! North Fork West Tennessee Creek flows through this area,
and Sylvan Lakes is not the only site nearby, Home Lake is a nearby lake. This lake is so wonderful. A brilliant place near Sylvan Lakes is Little Porcupine Gulch, and if you came to camp Belle of Colorado Campground is a fine spot to do that.
