A visit to Sylvan Lake is always a good idea. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors exciting stuff the area near Sylvan Lake has to offer. There's so much to do here at Sylvan Lake that you need to camp here for a while, LEDE Reservoir Campground is a fine place for that; you're sure to come across some smiling folks from Edwards here. While you're here at Sylvan Lake you can take a hike along the Ironedge Trail, and a wonderful location for whitewater

After a long day outdoors The Lodge and Spa at Cordillera is a magnificent place to spend a night or two, and O-Z Dam is scenic. This lake is so wonderful. You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Aspen Highlands since you're here, and if you need a location to stay SilverLeaf Suites of Eagle is a splendid choice. short distance away. Throughout the summertime at Sylvan Lake temperatures are commonly in the 80's while overnight lows are usually in the 40's. High temperatures throughout the winter are normally in the 30's, and winter nights
come with lows in the 0's to Sylvan Lake. Having a good time in the Sawatch Range is easy. This lake is so wonderful. The beauty of mother nature reveals herself at Adam Mountain Spring, and beautiful scenery and brilliant skiing
is what you acquire at Beaver Creek. At Sylvan Lake you don’t see much precipitation; all through July this area sees the most rain; the driest month of the year is February. Sylvan Lake is a beautiful lake in the Sawatch Range.
Some nearby water includes Antones Cabin Creek, and if you've had enough of Sylvan Lake, Sylvan Lake is close by. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Sylvan Lake has to offer, you can camp at Adam Campground, and Eagle
River is a magnificent whitewater spot close by. Sylvan Lake in fact is in the middle of a picturesque outdoors paradise. Have a pleasant hiking adventure along the Antone Trail; Alkali Gulch is around here, and is a fine location.

LEDE Reservoir
 | Beautiful drive up to Lede Reservoir. We started in Eagle and took Sylvan Lake road all the way past the lake and then took a right at the first intersection. After climbing up and around the peak in front of us we were upon some huge rolling meadows that were among the forrests. A slight drop down into the valley on the west side of the mountains and a left turn lead us to the reservoir. It is a great spot with some fishing paths around the water and a number of campsites as well. We continued west to Gypsum Creek Road and a short drive back to the town of Gypsum.... |
