Swamp Lakes is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. This lake is so wonderful. Lots of people from Edwards come to Swamp Lakes, and if you need a site to stay The Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch is a perfect choice. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Swamp Lakes has to offer, you can camp at Mary Queen Campground. There's so much to do here at Swamp Lakes that you need to camp here for a while, Elbert Creek Campground is a great

| | place for that. This lake is so wonderful. There is a perfect hiking trail in close proximity to Swamp Lakes called the Highline Trail, and get drenched paddling on Arkansas River.
Near Swamp Lakes you find the Mount Massive Trail which is a great hiking trail; dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Motel - Leadville. If you want to play some golf, you're in luck because MT Massive Golf Course is in close proximity; Swamp Lakes is not the only place close by, Native | |

Lake is a close by lake. So many enjoyable things to do here in the Sawatch Range, too fine to be true. Kearney Park is right here at Swamp Lakes, and from Swamp Lakes you obtain a wonderful vista of Bald Eagle Mountain.

is there a lot of amusing stuff to do in the Sawatch Range. Ski Cooper has great slopes and a friendly staff; whitewater paddling is perfect on Lake Creek. The Sawatch Range scenery is always beautiful. Not enough hours in a day to
enjoy this place. Going for a hike on the Main Range Trail is always a brilliant adventure, and if you've had enough of Swamp Lakes, Three Lakes is nearby.
During the summertime months at Swamp Lakes temperatures are ordinarily
in the 70's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 40's. All through the winter highs are ordinarily in the 30's, and night lows in the 0's for Swamp Lakes. Man, is there lots of fun stuff to do near Swamp Lakes. Swamp Lakes
is mostly a quite dry place; August is when you get the most rain here, and February is the month with the least moisture.
