If you need a location to stay The Spruce Lodge is a wonderful choice; soar down the rapids of Rio Grande in a kayak. Having a splendid time in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains is uncomplicated. Good hiking is       available along the Hot Creek Stock Driveway. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Swale Lake has to offer, you can camp at Cross Creek Campground. Lost Mine Creek is one of the streams close by that might be worth stopping at; hiking is a popular thing to do around Swale Lake; Quartz Creek Trail is a tremendous local trail. Swale Lake gets much water; March is the month that gets the most snow; June meanwhile is the driest month. All through                  the warm days of summer here at Swale Lake, high temperatures usually get into the 60's. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 40's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 30's; nighttime lows through the winter for Swale Lake tend to be in the 0's.
