After a long day outdoors Blue Mountain Inn and Suites is a nice site to spend a night or two; Snyder Seeps is a nearby lake that you could check out. Summer at Stuntz Reservoir arrives with high temperatures in the 90's while night lows are generally in the 50's. All through the winter this place gets highs in the 30's, and during the dark hours in the winter at Stuntz Reservoir       temperatures descend to the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. There's whitewater on Jones Hole Creek for all you adrenaline junkies, and do take a hike on the Jones Hole Trail. Any time is a good time at Stuntz Reservoir if you have a thing about the outdoors. A great location to go to near Stuntz Reservoir is Stuntz Draw; you can run the rapids of Green River. Stuntz Reservoir is pretty dried out regularly; the month with most of the rain is May, and January                  is when it's the driest. Stuntz Reservoir is right by the Daniels Trail, and camping is available at Rainbow Park Campground. If you're here at Stuntz Reservoir, you could take a look at Iron Springs Wash Pool Creek, and Dinosaur National Monument is a very good place to take a look at. Why not camp at Split Mountain Gorge Campground while you're here at Stuntz Reservoir; hiking along the Red Rock Nature Trail is wonderful fun. This lake is so wonderful.
