    Beautiful Stump Lakes has much to offer visitors. This lake is so wonderful. Stump Lakes is a nice spot to visit for more than one day, Florida Campground is a nice spot to camp nearby, and a great location for whitewater paddling is Vallecito Creek. It is very arid here at Stump Lakes regularly; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain while June is ordinarily the driest month. Yep, outdoors entertaining things truly is bountiful here in the  
   San Juan and Jemez Mountains. Take a hike on the Pine-Piedra Stock Driveway, and brilliant skiing awaits you at Silverton.
This lake is so wonderful. A great nearby hotel is Tamarron Resort, and there's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Kendall Mountain. There's no way anybody can get bored here in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. While staying at Stump Lakes you could always discover Stump Canyon; a striking lake like Lost Lake is a splendid
 
               place to have a look at. This site is unbeatable, just check out all the amusing things to do near Stump Lakes. Transfer Park Campground is a fine local campground, and Canyon Creek is a splendid whitewater spot nearby.
Miller Mountain is striking and can be seen from Stump Lakes, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Whitehead Trail. This lake is located in the wonderful San Juan and Jemez Mountains. If you need a site to stay Lodge at Tamarron is a perfect choice, and Stump Lakes is right by the Deer Park Trail.
Here at Stump Lakes you'll perhaps meet some people from Durango. High temperatures at Stump Lakes through the warmest time of the year are in the 70's, and during the night it cools down to the 40's. Highs during the wintertime are commonly in the 30's; during the dark hours in the wintertime at Stump Lakes temperatures fall to the 0's.
