    It's always fun to stop by Streams Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Goose Reservoir is a pleasant lake in the neighborhood of Streams Lake, and splendid hiking is available along the Rainbow Trail. This lake is located in the wonderful San Juan and Jemez Mountains. If you go for the outdoors you'll go for it here in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. There are other locations here than Streams Lake, for example Love Lake, and you can go for a hike on the Middle Creek  
   Stock Driveway.
It is very dried up here at Streams Lake commonly; throughout July this area sees the most rain, and the driest month is June. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Rio Grande. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Streams Lake has to offer, you can camp at Ivy Creek Campground and Trailhead. This is no spot for people who don’t like to have fun. There are some perfect whitewater spots on Wolf Creek, and Holiday Inn Express Pagosa
 
               Springs, Co is a splendid place to get some rest.
Summer at Streams Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 70's while overnight lows are mostly in the 30's. High temperatures through the wintertime are normally in the 20's, and through the dark hours in the winter at Streams Lake temperatures descend to the-10's. There's so much to do here at Streams Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Broken Arrow Ranch is a delightful location for that, and there's great hiking along the Long Ridge Stock Driveway. This place, the San Juan and Jemez Mountains, has so much outdoors amusing stuff.
