Colorado has many beautiful lakes and Strawberry Lakes is one of them. Throughout the warm months at Strawberry Lakes temperatures are regularly in the 80's while overnight lows are mostly in the 40's. Daytime highs all through the wintertime are in the 30's, and nighttime lows through the winter for Strawberry Lakes tend to be in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. | | delightful local campground, and there is a wonderful hiking trail close by called the Last Chance Trail.
And if that's not enough there's heaps more fun things to do in the Sawatch Range. There are brilliant places to look at along the Half Moon Trail; hey, Gotta ski right? Vail is a perfect place to do that. Camping at Gold Park Campground is always a great experience, and going for a hike on the Lake Charles Trail is always a brilliant adventure. Yep, | |

Gulch is a pleasant choice.
At Strawberry Lakes you don’t see much rainfall; the wettest month of the year is usually July, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest month is February. This lake is so wonderful. You're
sure to bump into some fine folks from Edwards here, and Avalanche Peak can be seen from Strawberry Lakes. Strawberry Lakes is a beautiful lake in the Sawatch Range.
Now, you may imagine that's a heap but there's even more entertaining
things to do here in the Sawatch Range. In the event that you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Eagle River, and a nice close by hotel is Hyatt Mountain Lodge. Strawberry Lakes is not the only spot close by, Blodgett Lake is a close by lake, and everybody nearby loves skiing at Beaver Creek.
