This lake is so wonderful. Jasper Dam has great water scenery and it's near Storm Lake, and if you came for an overnight stay Fourth of July Campground is a magnificent location to camp. Man, is there a load of entertaining stuff to do close to Storm Lake. The King Lake Trail is a great hiking trail in the vicinity of Storm Lake. Summertime brings highs in the 70's to Storm Lake; during summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. During the winter the highs

| | are commonly in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Storm Lake are in the 0's. After a long day outdoors Beaver Village Condominiums is a perfect place to spend a night or two, and on a fine day you can take a hike along the Diamond Lake Trail. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this site. There are other places here than Storm Lake, for example Devils Thumb Lake, and since you're here you can take a hike along the Devils Thumb Trail. so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Iron Horse Resort, and Arapaho Pass is also a wonderful location to discover. Storm Lake is located in the Front Range. That right there is heaps of amusing stuff already but it goes on,
the Front Range has it all. Devils Thumb is something you shouldn't miss while you're here at Storm Lake, and in the event that you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Boulder Creek. Lakes?
Sure, Upper Diamond Lake is close at hand, and Buckingham Campground is a tremendous local campground. The vista of Mount Jasper from Storm Lake is pretty; stunning scenery and great skiing is what you acquire at Winter Park.
Storm Lake is commonly a pretty dry place; most of the rain falls through August, and the driest of the months is February. Be careful coming to the Front Range, you might not ever wanna go home again. Clear Creek - West Fork has
a great whitewater paddling spot nearby, and you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Berthoud Pass if you're here.
