Stewart Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. But wait, there's more to do close to Stewart Lake. There's so much to do here at Stewart Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Midland Campground is a brilliant spot for that; good skiing awaits you at Winter Park. If you need a location to stay Iron Horse Resort is a great choice; a pleasant place is Rogers Pass. Just can't get enough of Stewart Lake.

| | by the Sevenmile Ski Trail, and there's some interesting stuff to spot at Stewart Lake Dam next to Stewart Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Why not take a refreshing hike along the South Boulder Creek Trail, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Clear Creek - West Fork. Get your pulse rate up on the brilliant whitewater of Clear Creek, and Reynolds Lake is a wonderful lake nearby.

Lomond is a glorious place to check out. It is very dried out here at Stewart Lake generally; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain; the driest of the months is February.

splendid nearby hotel is Zephyr Mountain Lodge. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Stewart Lake has to offer, you can camp at Mountain Meadow Camp Grounds. Throughout the warm days of summer highs here at Stewart Lake
reach the 70's; the nighttime is somewhat chillier of course, usually in the 40's. Daytime highs all through the winter are in the 20's, and night lows through the wintertime for Stewart Lake tend to be in the 0's.
